Education, Skills, & Training


    • Minimum of 3 years in a spa/clinic/ hospitality franchise location. 

    • Former Massage Therapists and Estheticians are strongly preferred.


    • Minimum of 1 year in a spa/clinic/hospitality franchise location.​


    • Minimum of 6 months in a spa/clinic/hospitality franchise location.​ employment in this position.


    • Knowledge of and experience in using MEEVO, Google Suite, Salon Cloud, Crew, When I Work, and other software for daily business activities.

    • Metric and results driven individual.

    • Understands and believes in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.

Communications & Personal Interactions

  • Rally a team of caring professionals to deliver an excellent end-to-end experience to every client every single day.

  • Build relationships with a talented team of massage therapists, estheticians, and customer service superstars to guide, support, and inspire them.

  • Own the success of an all-star location where clients want to be, and service providers want to stay.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform professional and frequent 1:1 with the team to maintain company & location expectations.

  • Must follow all Massage Envy policies and protocols.

  • Assists in the cleanliness of the location (therapy rooms and common areas).

  • Make sure service providers are utilizing Massage Envy approved modalities, in accordance with applicable law in your location.

  • Maintain professional appearance at all times.

  • Follow through on training for all Front Desk staff.

  • Assists in the promotion of the health and wellness benefits to clients receiving massage therapy on a regular basis; communicates various promotions to clients.

  • Creates excellent member/guest experience through friendly and helpful attitude.

  • Reliable, on-time attendance. Attends all scheduled shifts, is prompt to work, and works the entire scheduled shift.

  • Attends and is prepared for weekly manager meetings.

  • Maintain clinic numbers and keep location in the top 100 through varied approved tactics.

  • Other duties as assigned.
